United Tel - HBS Billing Services started billing me by adding charges into my local phone bill. I do not know what the billing amounts are for and I don't even know what this company is all about. Internet

I tried calling HBS twice to no avail. Calls are answered by a computer which put you on hold stating everyone is busy assisting other customers and then, after 10 minutes or so, the machine states "We're sorry, our office is now closed; call back during our regular business hours."

I never received any materials or talk to anyone from this company. There's just two of us here in the house; my husband don't know about this company either.

Is 'slamming' back?

I'll be writing to AT&T and PUC about this illegal billing that this company is doing.
