My office Manager recieved a call on 10/09/08 from a caller identifying themselves as a Qwest representive.

They stated that due to us signing our current contract with Qwest we were eligible for a discounted long distant rate plan through USBI.  That our current rate of $41.95 would now go to $29.95 for our first line and for our second line our rate of $29.95 would now be $24.95.  With a new monthly rate of $54.00.

However the change we recieved was our long distance rate increased by $48.00 a month and USBI was or is not involved with Qwest in anyway.  They say by accepting the discount we accepted a contract with them.  Needless to say they refused to refund the monies we over paid in long distance billings.
