USBI Being charged by USBI for long distance without my permission when I have long distance through ATT at the same time Internet

Going over telephone bill and notice charges from USBI for long distance charges. Call them number listed on the front page (1-888-480-8724) of my ATT bill and only get voice mail. No return calls from the company.

Be ware. Check you bill and catch this mess immediately. Mine is only for 2 months but what if I hadn't observed it. I don't understand how the ATT would even charge me for it. Why would I pay them for long distance and pay another company as well. This should have sent up a red flag.
