Be aware that Vonage is charges you excessive fees in my opinion for termination of service. They will offer you all kinds of incentives to stick with them, but once you cancel with them, They'll stick it to you. Cancellation of service fee was $39.99 which I was willing to pay, but then they charged me for a device and said that they would not accept it back and charged me an additional $49.00 dollars for this device. I believe these fees are excessive and should require them to notify potential customers of this prior to service initiation.

Vonage just loves ashley, she Is helping them get away with wrongfully taking money from peoples checking accounts. Who Is she to talk to us this way.

Vonage steals people money then they expect people to continue with them, ashley Is stupid.

Yes, I am the dumbest person alive. Oh wait, that's right, I didn't sign up for vonage like you charles. That makes me the SECOND dumbest person alive.

I wish vonage would send me some money for these posts. I'd gladly take some bank for it.

Bottom line: Investigate and read about any service you sign up for. Read the terms of service. Read your contract. Know what you are getting in to before signing up. I learned all I needed to know from vonage by just reading their FAQ and TOS. They are a rip-off company, especially when you can use the internet for VOIP for free.

You still give people from Alabama a bad name. Ashley is not stupid she is correct. If more people would read the terms and conditions instead of scrolling through them or ignoring them entirely Businesses like vonage would not have as many people. But, becuase of ignorant people like you Vonage and other businesses catch people like you on a daily basis. Dont get mad at Vonage because you decided to agree to there terms and conditions without actually looking at them.

To adam, I don't care about this sorry state. I will continue to speak out until people leave me alone. If you have a problem with that to bad. You can try to get everyone agaisnt me.

But I don't care how can I give the people of alabama a bad name, I have rights just like you & everyone else. To have things & live a life. But nobody wants me to have that.

But people try to destroy my life. If people are agaisnt me cause I report bad business, I don't care. This site gives us a chance to speak out. And I am not stupid either.
