Vontage theifs, liers,taking money for over a year after call to cancel,workers with poor english,no notation Internet

we called over a year ago,within a few days of recieving a small box and instructions. to tell vontage we couldnt get it to work, so we did not want the service, and to cancel it. We were kept on the line for an hour with a man who after every thing he said, Id have to say "what did you say?" he couldnt hardly understand english when I spoke to him. He tried really hard to keep walking us through the instructions,and my husband grabbed the phone and told him, we didnt want the service because it wouldnt even get a dial tone.

He finally said okay, but my son discovered they were taking out 60.00 per month every since may of 06,when I called to ask them for his over 700.00 they took out all year, they said they couldnt do it,but could cancel it this day. I was furious., then he gave us a email address to tell them the situation,called billing disputes, and it doesnt have anything for that name. he also told me there would be a confirmation in my email saying it was cancelled.

I checked, and they made out like Ikead called to cancel. there was another email saying that I called to give a change of email address change. what lies! I replied to both of the mails telling them it was wrong, that it was cancelled over a year ago, and the other one I told them the real reason why I called. I feel sooo helpless. I dont know what to do except keep trying to find this billing dispute address. please help.
