ADVANCE TELECOMS PLC Philips Santos TOOK MONEY AND NEVER DELIVERED PRODUCTS ORDERED Kuala Lumpur Maylasia

I first contacted the "seller" through Alibaba.com messaging on 10/12/2009. The seller had a listing as "Mr. Super Fones".
I subsequently communicated with the seller via email.
I ordered 35 Apple iPhone 3GS 32GB for which I was quoted a price of $4,000.  I was instructed to send two (2), $2,000 payments to:  Philip Santos (WESTERN UNION MTCN 8517753837) and Willem Theron (WESTERN UNION MTCN 8027906883).  I did so on 10/14/2009.  All Western Union payments were sent to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Once those funds were received, I was informed that I would have to pay $1,500 additional for customs, but that the company wanted to help me out and they reduced the request to $1,200.  I informed them I did not have that much money and they responded with a request for $800 which I paid to Willem Theron via Western Union on 10/19/2009 MTCN 479-343-3962.
Once those funds were picked-up I was informed that I would have to pay an additional $750 for an import license and Western Union the funds to:
