Do NOT give this man or his company any money!!!

Allan Gregg promised me that he was dealing with a legitimate company! I was entrusted with 17K to invest and use as a deposit.

When I gave this person the money, we were told that the order would not be processed because of another company with a bad rep was also on the same order. Fine and good, but to this date we have only received 3K of the 17K back.

This man will not answer his phone, nor return e-mails. He is hiding behind his attorney and from what we gather he is trying to get out of paying the remaining 14K usd. He is trying to settle this with an additional 5K. His explaination is that there is a restocking fee of $7800 usd from an earlier quote request given to him.
This was something that was NEVER discussed prior to asking for a quote on some Nokia phones!

DO NOT SEND THIS MAN MONEY or HIS COMPANY!! I am going through my LEGAL TEAM to prosecute him and get the remaining funds for my customer, that being Denis from Houston.
