MAGIC JACK PHONE SERVICE They get your money, their service does not work, will not refund your money and they are ripp offs, they don't let you talk to anyone in America they ship their calls to the Phillippines and the people over their just say they are sorry they can't give you a refund then they hang up on you and you are stuck. DO NOT BUY MAGIC JACK FOR 19.95 ITS A TOTAL RIP OFF!!! Internet

They rip you off and do not refund your money, their service is horrible, thousands of my calls were dropped by their sorry phone service that you plug into your computer, this company really stinks, I would never recommend THEM to anyone..they are a fraud..I called and asked for a refund because of the thousands of calls they dropped, I ended up having to use my cell phone Which cost me hundreds of dollars in calls they promised that I would not have to pay,

when I asked for a refund of my 19.95 or to have them correct the problem they pass you off to some sweat shop in the phillipines, where the peopole overseas just sound like robots. "We are sorry sir or mam we are unable to refund you" they take the calls and never help you and never let you talk to anyone in the United States..these MAJIC JACK PEOPLE ARE RIPP OFFS I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE MUCH LESS A HARD WORKING AMERICAN TO PURCHASE THEIR HORRIBLE PLUG IN PHONE SERVICE THAT DOES NOT WORK...THEY ARE RIP OFFS STAY AWAY FROM THEM...

Magic Jack-No Prbolems For Me

As a computer tech I have seen a lot of items for the computer come and go. But I can honestly say Magic Jack is WONDERFUL!!! I use it for my business and I have never had a problem with it. As for "dropped calls" you can avoid this problem

1) by having a good computer system by that I mean at least 2GB of RAM and be running a fully updated copy of your OS also have a USB 2.0 port is good

2) If you have less than 2GB of RAM or are using a USB 1.0 port DO NOT do anything else on your computer while on the phone

3) magic jack depends on your internet connection if you have dial up or depend on a wireless signal Magic Jack does not or will work properly a high speed wired (cable/DSL) connection works best
