Magic Jack does not have any way to return or repair item. I have called magic jack online chat. They can not make a fix, I have called many times on the chat for hours. I have asked for a supervisor but can't talk to one only get someone in India. I have had my Magic Jack for a year, still no fix they have had me buy other items like a new phone and now a usb power booster . Internet

Magic Jack does not have any way to return or repair item. I have called magic jack online chat. They can not make a fix, I have called many times on the chat for hours. I have asked for a supervisor but can't talk to one only get someone in India. I have had my Magic Jack for a year, still no fix they have had me buy other items like a new phone and now a usb power booster . I can not talk to some one at Magic Jack. I can't talk on the phone because of noise cutting out. I have tried everything they have told me to do but still have can not use magic jack.
