Magicjack Phone does not work and their tech people cann't help to fix it, I have tried it on 2 computers West Palm Beach Florida

I bought a magickjack phone. The phone worked ok for a couple of weeks then it started cutting my phone calls off after a 2 or3 mins. then start loading again. I have to diel my number some times 4 and 5 times and then it is so garbled that I cann't understand the person I am tring to talk to and I have tried useing my lap top and my desk top. I called tech suport and they couldn't fix it. It is really a piece of junk it also pops up in the middle of my work. My phone rings and when I pick it up the phone goes to a diel tone.

If you are having voice quality issues all you need to do is buy a USB port with an adapter. It takes lots of energy from the computer to make a call so when you have a powered usb you don't have to worry about the computers usage. You can buy one for under 7 bucks at EFORCITY.com
 I feel you- I had to put up with lots of static for months until I found this solution,I don't have lots of money so I really wanted to make the Magicjack work.
