Magicjack Web site has false claims that it's "risk free you pay nothing" charged my card day one! Won't refund additional years of service purchased. Internet

Bought my magicjack from their website. I was going to use the 30 day trial. Web site says "risk free you pay nothing".They immediatly charged my credit card. Then when it arrived and I bought into the promotion of an additional 5yrs of service. There were no details of this being non-refundable in the promotion. Tried to get my magic jack to work and never could. Even went through 3+ hours with their tech support. One guy even had me purchase an AC powered port saying all I needed was more power...stupid me didn't think about it when I bought it, but that was useless. If I plugged the magic jack into the AC port then it wouldn't be in the computer and couldn't work! Sending back the product but now they say they don't refund additional years of service if not purchased at the same time as the product. That is not posted at time of purchase on additional years. So now I have 5 years of useless magic jack service!!!
