Panasonic Corp Sells crap does not honor warentty Secaucus, New Jersey

1/09 I brought a 4 phone set from BJ's in Palm Bay Fl.
This set was crap out of the box. phones would drop calls, I was unable to answer the phones due to error message: NO LINK TO BASE.
Phones were extremely hot to touch.
I returned phones to BJS & since they no longer sold the same set, I added money to buy a 5 phone set.
This too was crap out the box.

I called Panasonic & was sent replacement batteries.
This did not fix the problems at all. I called Panasonic again & have been given the run around since March 2009.
Their customer service is a joke, you never get an english speaking person & alls they do is scream at you & hang up.

Customer satisfaction my azz, this co is a disgrace to anyone who buys their product.
It is noW November 11,2009 & I am still being jerked around by PANASONIC, I was told two weeks ago a new replacement set was being sent to me.
I've yet to receive anything, it was a lie again.

I FAXED over my receipt in March for replacement batteries & customer support has admitted they have this yet every time I call to ask where my replacement set is, they ask for a copy of my receipt.

WHY DO I NEED TO SEND A COPY OF MY RECIEPT WHEN ITS THE SAME RECIEPT THEY HAVE ON FILE?

This co should be ashamed of themselves for screwing people out of products they have paid for & not abiding by an active warranty.

I am disabled, their phones leave me in a dangerous situation if i need to call for help my phones do not work to get an outside line. They disconnect calls, & are not dependable. I did not pay 150.00 for phones that have never worked properly, & whom are still under warranty & the co is not assisting me.
DONT BUY PANASONIC!
