phones 4 u ltd - John Hans TOOK MONEY AND DID NOT DELIVER PRODUCTS ORDERED Staffordshire Internet

I searched for a wholesale supplier on Alibaba.com. Phone4 u ltd was listing the item I was interested in and I contacted them through Alibaba's online chat service. I was asked my email address and then was communicated from via email. Mr. John Hans or phone4 u ltd instructed me to send $1,200 to him via Western Union for the items I ordered. I did so, WU MTCN 3133071018. It ws picked up in London, London. I received another email from John Hans indicating that he needed an additional 180 GBP/$313.50 for customs. I sent that amount WU MTCN 5299459762 on 10/18/09, which was picked up. I did not receive another email from and attempted contacting him many times. I searched the internet and found the website,"es4ujobs.co.uk/recruitmentweb/about", which I contacted and received an instant message from the "Boss" of phone4 u ltd on 10/20/09, wherein I informed Mr. John Terry of the incident. He instructed me that he needed additional money to send out the order.I requested a refund and he refused. I did not check the origin of the original email I received from John Hans, but have done so and discovered that all emails from him originated at IP address 217.14.91.148, which is in Nigeria. I confronted Mr. John Terry of this fact in yesterdays online chat. I have not received any further communication from him or John Hans.
