I firstly apologize for the long post, I just want to give you the flip side of the coin and to give my remarks about the above post.
I am taking the time out of my day to write this, not because I care if Talk'n'Save gets your business or not; I am writing this because I run a business and in these days when companies are closing and more and more people are becoming unemployed and can't support their families, it angers me that people will continue to use the media and message boards as ways to destroy a companies credibility. Now I am not saying that the above person is a company in competition with Talk'n'Save, but if you read the above article you will find many things that make no sense and is kind of ironic:
1. He writes "I've had Talk N save my entire time....that's 2 years of business...again the following month they added more charges than usual.... and again and again and again...i called Talk N Save. They said they didnt mean to do it and it was a mistake", but in reality that shows me the HONESTY of this company. A company to openly admit that they made a mistake in the billing, and especially for 24 months each month, and they credited him back every time? Amazing! Now that's an honest company you don't see these days.
2. If Jack and all his friends were "robbed" for two years why didn't they just close the account, even if they would get hit with a cancellation fee of say $100 that's much better than losing $1500 each.
3. Jack writes that he got his bill in the mail. I specifically remember asking Talk'n'Save if I can get it via mail, and they said that policy is to send via e-mail, to insure that all customers get the itemized bill.
I can keep going on about how the above remarks hold no ground whatsoever, but I am sure you have had enough. Instead I will now give you the flip side of the coin.
With Talk’n’Save I found that their prices were great but more than that, I found that their service was amazing.
Not only do they cut their prices, but the main point (which we all look for) they don’t cut back at all. Their staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Their many different services and options keep you connected wherever you are.
When I got back I recomended them to a friedn who runs a tour group, and they used Talk'n'Save, and were very happy and had no issues.
All in all if you are looking to keep you money in your pocket and have a worriless trip then go with Talk’n’Save…..where in my opinion you Talk and Save (on headaches as well as money)
