Virgin Mobile USA disconnected my cell phones for charges i did not make on my account Internet

yes i am just disputing any charges on my account and therefore i would just like to have my phone reconnected about using something that i had or have no account of how someone used or you guys made a mistake of someone using a debit card to buy minutes  and that we on my  phone that i never charge to or did so there fore i am just responding to have my services cut back on i live in lacrosse Wisconsin not Chicago ,IL and that the biggest reasons that i am really upset about having my phone disconnected and that i do not know any one on my account just me and myself but most of all this is a pre paid phone and i would like for it to be turn on todayyyy
