Don't use the on-site repair service for your large screen TV's. We had two repairs done approximately 18 months ago. We paid close to $400 for each service call to replaced two circuit boards. Our recent calls to Steve for service were not returned and we then took our TV to a service store. Guess What - The same two computer boards had failed. They wanted another $400 for used computer boards.

Our Advise - Don't use service guys that don't have an actual store location. If your TV fails your better off to thrown it out and buy a new TV.

We have been servicing the south Fl. area for over 20 years. We have been hired by employees of Broward Consumer Affairs because of our clean record. If this person named Roger from Wellington (who we find no record of) truly had a problem after a year and a half of good service, we would seriously doubt that it was from any work that we had completed. We have no record of this call. However, all of the parts that we use are certified from the manufacturer with a 6 mos. warranty from them. A new tv usually carries only a 12 mos. warranty. If everything that Roger says is true, it could have been handled by a simple phone call and we would have done everything possible to make this customer happy. Maybe next time it would be easier to do the right thing by not writing a report about a company that did nothing wrong.
