I placed an order online for one dvr and one standard
receiver. The tech
installed the DVR then closed the work order before he
told me that he only
had an order for one DVR and that's it. When I filled out
the order on the
website it said for 2 tvs I remember seeing it but
somehow it didn't
translate into the work order. The Tech Jose said that
DirectTV messes up
orders all the time. But because he closed the work order
I got screwed when
I called customer service and spoke to Racqel and Ward
and finally Jennifer.
All I wanted was the standard receiver I should have
gotten on the original
install. But now they want to charge me $199 for
something if the workorder
hadn't been closed when before he mentioned he only had
one order it would
have been free. I'm a new customer and feel very upset and unsatisfied and pissed.
Very poor customer
service. Is that theway you treat new customers? I am going to go
back to
Dishnetwork most likely because I don't believe Directtv gives a crap.
Should have stayed with Dishnetwork and am going back soon. Sent numerous emails to DirectTV and they reply with kiss my but and pay me $199.
