Magicjack - Dan Borislow Poor Customer Service/Waste of time and money Internet

I've had my MagicJunk for one year. In that time I've spent more than 8 hours (conservative figure) typing up and back with their so called Online support. It's always the same fix for the same problem. The problem goes away only to return in a short time. Anyone I call says they can't hear me, it's breaking up or they hear an echo. I've done everything they've asked me to do and they even replaced the MagicJunk module itself. I've changed phones, moved everything away from the computer, rebooted and replaced the modem, reinstalled the MagicJunk, checked my computer speed and more. I have five years of service left on this piece of crap and have totally unplugged it and no longer use it. The company is deceptive and doesn't stand behind the product. My next move will be to file a complaint with the BBB. I wish the government would look into this company and put a stop to their misleading commercials. Save yourself a headaches and DON'T BUY THIS GARBAGE. I'm sure all the reviews that are favorable come from short term use. BUYER BEWARE!
