Spoke to agent Lee on the phone re coax cable they advertised on their website. I asked to purchase a sample. He told me to do it on the website. I did. Sample arrived and quality was good so we ordered 100 sets.  What arrived was terrible. They explained some error and asked us to pay to ship back UPS. We found their reputation quickly on the internet as bait and switch so we entered a dispute with Visa and won the dispute no question. Lee if you don't issue a UPS call tag in next 30 days your product will be disposed of. Please return our money for samples including shipment costs prior to issuing the call tag.

We shipped White, Magnavox, Part # M61210 coax cables. Until you return the product to us, it is your responsibility to do so. If you choose to dispose of it, you are financially responsible for the product until we receive it back.
 
Your decision to initiate a chargeback has added a $50.00 chargeback and handling fee to your customer account, which you will be sent a bill for in the mail, per the Terms & Conditions agreed to upon placing the order: http://www.summitsource.com/conditions.php, under the "Terms" section.

THE SAMPLES RECEIVED WERE GOOD.
THE PRODUCT WAS NOT THE SAME... TERRIBLE QUALITY.
THEY SAY ITS THE SAME PART NUMBER

THIS IS AN OLD  BAIT AND SWITCH PLAY.

APPARENTLY BBS IS NO LONGER INTERESTED IN HEARING ABOUT THEM ~!!

Customer Received EXACT item ordered

We have tried to work with this customer to exchange the cables that he ordered. The fact is, he received the EXACT product that he ordered. It was not the wrong product or a different product. He ordered Magnavox M61210 and he received Magnavox M61210. It was the same product number from the same manufacturer. We have no reason to believe that the product delivered will not meet or exceed all the specification advertised. If he has a problem with the quality of the product he needs to contact Magnavox. If he is not happy with his order and would like to return it, then per the agreed upon terms and conditions of sale, he is responsible to pay return shipping.

We are a discount merchant and we price our products in a similar way that a wholesaler would. We are not a retail store. Retail stores mark-up their prices to include fees such as cancellations, returns, and much more. In order to keep our prices low and competitive, we do not include these hidden fees within the price of our product. We do on the other hand clearly state them in our terms and conditions of which each customer must agree upon. If the customer purchased this exact item at a retail store and wanted to return it, he would be responsible to drive it back and return it. A representative of the retail store would not go to his house and pick it up. This is why we require customers to pay for return shipping.

We are sorry that the customer was unhappy with the quality of his order and we truly have tried to work with him to issue a return. At this time, we cannot issue a return with out the product being shipped back.
