This person thinks its harassment when he hasn't paid on time and the landlord sends him emails and calls him. All the time bragging about how well he is taking care of the house. Then he loses it, after being 3 weeks late on the rent, and says he's getting out immediately and to use the deposit for last month's rent. 12 days later (after still not paying rent and landlord has made arrangements for new tenants to move in) he calls to apologise and suggest he stay, promises to pay rent right away while landlord makes sure new tenants are definitely interested. Then still doesn't pay the rent and when told that he does have to get out starts a new month and again doesn't pay. Thankfully he vacated immediately when eviction proceedings were started.
When we took back possession, we found the following damage.
Wood floors had deep gouges. One of the rooms had been painted a nasty trashy red after repeated instructions to consult with landlord about colors. Carpets were filthy and had paint and ketchup stains. Trees on the side of the pool had been cut to ugly stumps without permission, and limbs that had been cut above the pool and roof had been left to tinder box dryness on the side of the house; its a miracle as dry and hot as San Antonio has been that the house didn't catch on fire. It has also come to my attention that the person who cut the trees wasn't paid. The mantel was missing, along with fireplace tools and screens and shower door was broken. The new landlord never called me for a referral which leads me to believe he lied to him as well. Should never have made allowances for him when the credit reporting agency gave me a recommendation not to rent to him. No more allowances for anybody from this landlord

Tenant being stalked

i was reported as not paying my rent, destroying property, and all sorts of insane accusations,  First, the landlord started calling on rent due date at 8 am and would call 12-14 times a day.  During this period, I had two major hip replacements and was even harrassed in the hospital.  The property was left in cleaner and much better shape than when we moved in and over $3500 worth of my houseold goods were destroyed because they left the water line on to the high pressure ice maker when the water company turned the water on.

As for the items supposed missing, they were in the attic storage as we didn't use them.  THis type of slanderous accusation against me and my famly is ridiculous when the landlord was a nut bag.  We were forced to leave because her son was moving in the house with his college buddies with less than a month notice.

The way I see it, I am owed some serious money for repairing their filthy leaf infested pool and getting it in immaculate condition.  Landscaping was done out of my pocket to make the place a little more pleasing to the eye.  So I feel that I am owed well over $4000 dollars for the property that they let get damaged while we weren't even staying there.  We paid a third months rent just to store my furniture at xmas time.  She gave us no break what soever. 


I am sorry if her family is financially overextended but aren't we all.  Why ruin a guy who fixed several plumbing issues and other handy things rather than call for them to pay.  Had the tree cut from off the roof where it was damaging the shingles and underpinning.  So thanks for the rip off report cuz everyone now knows ou for what you are:  a psycho, control freak, who cana't abide by a lease.  Fivfe days grace period means five days.l  Not 12 calls ever day from the due date on.


Never rent from Theresa Jones, she will lie to you and take your money then make up the rules as she goes.

Stalking you? Last contact I had with you was 2 weeks before you were evicted, 2 1/2 years ago, after you left owing 2 months rent. Pictures have now been added. The only reason I decided not to take you to court was because as you were putting me through the frustration of non payment of rent and your horrific anger issues over simple calls to find out where the rent was,  my farther was dying and you knew it. When he passed away, right in the middle of your criminal behavior, I decided to just put you completely out of my life so that I could recover from that awful time. Lucky for you. The stunt you pulled with telling me to use  the deposit for rent would have cost you 3 times the deposit amount in Texas, not to mention the damage costs and unpaid rent. I still can't believe you have the absolute gall to complain about calls to you when you were not in compliance with the lease. And again LIAR you did not receive any more calls than it took you to answer the phone. FYI hip replacements do not excuse you from paying your rent. 

This is the last time I will respond to you in any way. You are not worth one more second of my life.
