Derrick Voncil Mcdonald Moved out, left the apartment trashed, owes my $250 Honolulu Hawaii

Derrick Voncil McDonald was a tenant of mine, he left the place a mess and owes me $250.00, caught him in a few lies. last Friday night when I hada let him go all of a sudden his boss calls and wants to know what it would take to let him stay thru the weekend, I told him Derrick owed me 200.00 that would get him caught up, his boss said he would pay the 200.00 if he could stay a few more days, and he told me Derrick was to be paid on Monday. I agreed and Derrick was going to pick up the money, he arrived back says his boss could only do 100, showing me his empty wallet, Please!!! I called the boss back and the boss told me no I just handed him 200.00, took me a few days but he moved on. Still owes 250.00 and keeps claiming his job owes him money, even though his boss says he's been paid. Hey its only 250.00 could have been worse it more the point and let others know he's not a man of his word.
