Jeffrey is now in jail since July,2 `2010 , and in this anniversary month of July ,Independence / Freedom month , one year ago , He was picked up by none other than the very Bail Bonds company He gave a bad check to , and a stolen credit card # as well , and also gave a false past address  he was no longer living , due to his abandonment of it .. 

Well Jeffrey decided to not pay rent , He decided to send false receipts to me and not pay any contractors , vendors either , for any of the work done on / in my home , as I came to find out.

But it dosent stop there , You !!!  ( anyone reading ) may have also been scammed or cheated By this individual and his Dad as well ( Alan Hirschkorn ) . If you or some business owner you know come from Brooklyn NY ( sheephead Bay ,canarsie , Midwood , , Suffolk / Nasau countys in LI NY , or even Queens Ny , or any where in Florida north to south ,
 
Jeffrey may have Got ya . He was known to write bad checks and use other peoples credit card #s , also use stolen card #s , to purchase everything from food to pet items , computors , furniture , ( Business and residential ) electronics from Best Buy , Pizza , Hamburgers at 5 guys , Dunkin Donuts , chinese take out and eat in as well He attempted to cheat a Fire house in queens ( Letter posted in one of the threads in this site ).

He also had graduated to use Debit cards charged with the stolen cash and credit from others !
He would do this to everyone , never pay , The courts , the lawyers he hired , police and tickets in Nasau and Florida , E-Z pass never got a fare share(lol) He beat Good year tires and mechanics , for sure the local , Fed EX / and UPS was taken for alot of cash and lets not forget the alumni of John wilson JHS 211 in Brooklyn off rockaway parkway and seview aves.( Bogus school reunion fund he abused ) over and over .....

The postal service also was frauded , many many Landlords of apartment complexes , and also residential landlords including myself .....  I could keep going  ,  A good friend of mine was taken for over $10,000.00 trying to do business ( Eddie Poirier ).also got taken by Jeffreys scams , and worthless checks .

Vacation packages were falsified and fraudelently sold to many around the country and many in states also 

Jeffrey screwed over every Bank in Florida as well , with all the worthless checks , He forged official documents with his and his dads (Alan ) / Moms ( Iris ) Deceased Grandfather as well ( George Coopers ) name involveing  
lawsuits , Judgments , taxes and the IRS , the food stamp program in florida , and the department of Agriculture with false info on addresses and locations to obtain Business licenses for all the ficticious businesses he claimed to run / operate / own ( from a non commercial residence no less )
 
A close business associate who invested thousands of Dollars with Jeffrey was also screwed over for all she had and another business partner was cheated from his share of what should have been salary or profit ( There went a good career down the drain there ). Im sure Jeffrey is sorry now He did that ....

Jeffrey is presently doing time in seminole county for now , and you can find him by going to seminole county clerk web site His DC# is ( D15634 ) , or to the seminole county sheriff site , or look up the many charges on file in orange county as well .. Many TV channels have had his face and the stories behind them - Ch 6 / Ch 9 , ch 27 in florida , also clips have made Youtube ( under scams ), and Facebook ( lookup scamjammers ) as well ..... clips also show up ( here ) in Ripoffreport in certain posts as proof along with pictures of all type accounts addresses , checks etc .....

He is presently in holding at John polk facility , temporarily for a new charge of theft / Larceny newly brought up about 7/9/11 on Jeffrey and has a few court hearings . At this point Jeffrey has no other choice but to show up for court . ( They now know where he lives ) ( In The pokey )

Jeff Has appealed all of the charges ever brought against him and no dout will attempt this delay for the present charges brought against him , But in the end he will and has given his freedom and will also no dout pay restitution to his victims who file.

Those that have not filed charges yet are just waiting for jeffrey to get out so they can collect to get cash face to face from him .... ( To each there own ) I could understand how they feel ! YUP...

Jeffrey has attempted contact with me on a few occasions , letter and phone as well , I have contacted authorities on this matter , but He continues to attempt to try convince me he has learned his lesson , (LOL) and if its possible if I could send him money for toiletries and commisary needs and such ... ( Thats a laugh ) what is he thinking I just dont know ) I dont know a sole who would give him a red cent / up to and including his father ....

But That doesent seem to deter Jeffrey from calling around to any victims or others he scammed to try to get anything he could. ( so far no luck though ).... his debt is ever increasing as shown on the jail web site $535.00 or so and growing so far .......( at last look ) 

I continue to monitor jeffreys progress and I will not ever forget what he done , Neither will he !!!!
