Moxley Manor Haunted House Extremely False Advertising Bedford, Texas

We received a flyer in Ad Pages about Moxley Manor. The flyer states:

Hours: Sat-Sun 7pm-12am

Look at the hours one more time. If you wanted to go to this haunted house when they opened on a Saturday...what time would you go. 7pm, correct? Well, this is not the way it works...

We got in line (behind about 15 people) right at 7pm. At about 7:30 pm, I noticed the line had not even moved. I inquired with something at the booth as to why, and was told "We only start selling tickets at 7pm, but don't allow people in until dusk." That was odd as dusk was at 6:41 pm that evening and it was already pitch black outside. Nonetheless we waited. And waited. Around 8:00pm I inquired again and was told "the actors are still going through their walk-thru and it will be another 10-15 minutes." I then pointed where I was in line and asked when we would be admitted and was told "about 45 minutes after we open."

Look at the hours again. They stated to open at 7pm, I was there at 7pm (one of the first in line), and informed AFTER I PAID that it would be 9pm before we were admitted. I asked for my refund, and of course was denied.
