this place has such bad customer service. We went to go to a movie here. Their last showing was at 11:00 pm. Normally, theaters and even that place stays open at least 20-30 mins after the last showing. We walk up to the booth-- it was 11:22...and they say they are closed...in fact they were not closed...once they saw us walking up to them they rushed and pretended to shut down. What kind of stupid awful customer service is this-- that they can't help out a few customers trying to egt into a movie, not even 20 mins after the last movie begins? They were SO rude...just said rudely "we're closed." As if trying to shun us to leave. But they were standing at the booth normally but the moment we began walking up it seemed they rushed to act like they were closing up. The manager is standing at the other door staring as if we're trying to do something bad. I try asking the nasty white trash b at the counter...if they can make an exception. There is a couple behind us surprsied and upset saying "but they just had the last movie soon"? Everyone was upset...and they could not make an exception or care...I asked the rude idiot at the counter....is it possible to make an exception. Her rude response "I cant hear you." We asked again....she was so rude and stupid. I don't care how much these jerks want to go home, they dont have the right to shun customers especially so soon after the last movie closes when their ticket booth is still open. the rude girl said "we dont have movies past 11." I told her we dont mind watching the movie...past 11--she didn't care. So that means they close at 11:20 sharp and not allow anyone in? Then this other rude guy comes and says "we're closed to ticket sales" in a monotone and rude voice--as if people are trying to scam him. If they really were closed...I would understand...ok it's 11;45 maybe...but how hard is it to sell some tickets to a couple of people trying to get in ... awful and bad customer service...and such rude mean people. They seemed like they were more like just trying to not let people in because they were jerks...normal people would say they are sorry and the ticket booth is closed...not sit around jerknig people around....If these jerks have movies at 11, they should sell tickets at least until 30 mins after, or allow people to go inside to purchase tickets- not screw people over like that and treat them badly. Then the jerk moron managers are standing around peering as if...customers are doing something bad by asking for ticket sales. If I was a manager and there wasa ticket booth and some people trying to get in, I would say sure especially if they were clearly still open....why deprive people of going to a movie if they went there and end sales and treat people like that....the reason people were upset was because it was so soon after the last showing that they 'claim' they are closed and usually they do keep it open at least 30 mins after. It also would take them like 5 mins to sell tickets to people and let them in....I will just say a rude stupid theater full of ignorant rude jack*ses who work there...

you're one of those people who believes the world revolves around you, right?  Give me a break.  Here you are, cussing and calling people morons and idiots and you don't even take the time to be courteous to other people who DID manage to get to the theatre on time.  Think about this...if the manager was "peering" at the whole situation, then obviously the workers were operating with his permission.  OK, you say it takes 5 minutes to sell a ticket, right?  Were you going to get popcorn and other snacks and drinks?  Another 10 minutes or so.  Maybe they had already started cleaning the machines, did you consider that?  Then you wander into the theatre, searching for a seat.  And I'm sure you would have been talking loudly about how RUDE they were to you all the way to your seat.  So, 30 minutes into a movie, a crowd of jerks (you and your friends) come in, interrupting everyone elses' enjoyment to watch a movie you didn't even see the begining of.  Then I'm sure you would have been asking you fellow inconsiderate boors what was going on, since you were too lazy to get to the last showing of a movie on time, much less early.  So what do you have for YOUR convenience?  About 20-30 upset people who could manage to tell time and get to the movie before it started. 

If I had been in there, I would have left and asked the manager for my money back since he was responsible for letting in retarded people such as yourself that late into a movie.  You were completly rude, obnoxious, and inconsiderate to anyone but yourself.  So the next time you want to call someone a "nasty white trash b", "rude idiot", or "rude and stupid"; look in the mirror.  And if you don't care how bad they want to go home, you obviously don't HAVE a job.

This report is very difficult to understand.  I will say though, that if the last movie was at 11pm then that's usually the last call for ticket sales.  Granted, everyone knows that previews run for 5-10 minutes but after that they generally shut down tickets sales.  So movie theaters are different in that regard.  About 5-10 minutes after the last showing is the last of ticket sales.

Obviously, they ticked you off.  And there is no reason to be rude under any circumstances.   I would be curious to hear their side of the story.  The whole thing just doesn't make sense in that, "why would they care IF there was still people in the theater?"

I've been in the same situation before where a restaurant, like a drive-thru, closes out the lights right as you pull up.  I kind of come from the belief that the customer comes first and the customer keep us in business.  I would probably serve someone if they came in the door at 11:01 but that's just me.  I have worked for a lot of places where the employess just hate that last minute call, or walk-in by a customer.  Unless it's a situation where you HAVE to get out the door right away, then I don't understand acting that way.

I would go back there, make your complaint and see where that gets you.  But you have to chill out a little.  Your whole report is "rude, rude, rude, jerks, B, white trash, jackasses, etc.  If you go on and on like that, you will lose your case.  It's never a bad idea to contact their corporate office as well.

Okay so I don't know who you think you are but our policy is that 15 mintues after the last movie drops we DO NOT sell anymore tickets. No exceptions. The fact that you are arriving 22 minutes late for your movie and have the audacity to whine about not being made an exception is probably why you were being treated rudely. I happen to know every one of the box office employee and by no stretch of the imagination could they be considered "white trash". I would suggest to you that next time, get off your high horse and arrive on time to your movie instead of disrupting the employees and others that arrived on time to their movie. The customer service at Regal Cinemas located in the Waterford Lakes towncenter is far from terrible. However ignorant people like you make our job that much more difficult. Do me a favor and simply make it to your movie on time or just don't go.

For a long time I depended on my job at this movie theater to eat each day. As a dedicated student and financially strained human being, I think I speak for every single employee when I say that you are the epitome of difficulty embedded in working there. There's a huge corporate office that decide precisely WHEN tickets sales end. Following that schedule, the concession stand must close accordingly... and don't even think for one second your needy ass wasn't going to demand popcorn which you would have had the chance to piss and moan about the atrocious prices, had they even let you in. Nearly every employee there is a student trying to support themselves. Every manager has worked their way up to that position and every usher cleans up the shit you leave behind. YOU are the reason I chose to quit. You can't treat human beings like that. I also noticed you knew EXACTLY when the movie theater closed at "11:30".... even if that were true, it still shows that your incompetent brain knows nothing about time other than it should bend to you and you alone. Do you have any idea how difficult and demeaning it is to put on a smile for people like you? Out of the 6 thousand people that came to the theater on time that day, NO, there is no such thing as an exception. Maybe they'll put up a special ticket booth and entrance titled as "inconsiderate late dipshit that NEEDS attention and a movie NOW" so you can be satisfied. And how did you come to the conclusion that these people were idiots? and I'd love to know what allocates your qualifications for white trash, because that's so easy to decifer through someone in a Regal uniform that simple tells you "we're closed". I would have shuned you into oncoming traffic. Seriously, I've said this before and I'll say it again; you people are pathetic and I leave more personality in the toilet every day then you probably have in your entire body. If only I knew who and where you were, I'd throw you some Prozac to subside your paperthin shallow enigmas that asseverated you to compose such garbage.

So i found this very offensive. I am an employee at this Regal and just so you know.. i know everyone that works the box office and none of them are " white trash b" , that was extremely rude... we spend most of our time at that theater and to most of us that is our "second home" whether we like it or not... Corporate has specific rules for when we are suppose to stop selling tickets, food and lock the doors... we dont make them up. if you have such a problem with our rules give them a call... but i doubt you'll win anything... =]
But i do have a question... u say we have our last show at 11.... if u have that knowledge already why do u decide to show up 22 mins late? its not all about you....
And our costumer service is bad? please. we just got 100% on our checker's report... if u dont know what that is... a secret shopper comes and check on every department in the theater and makes sure we do everything right....... hows that for costumer service????? Next time you decide to watch a movie... try an earlier showing!!!

And thank you for calling people you dont know ignorant rude jackasses... you dont know our past and what has lead us to work there... 
Go find an other hobby and leave us alone. =]
