anytime tickets.com ticket attractions Defraud me of my hard earned money houston, Tennessee

On November 2nd 2009 I ordered tickets from Anytime Tickets for a Mannheim Steamroller Xmas concert on November 21,2009. I had been trying for 10 years to get tickets but they had not come anywhere close to my city till this year.

I looked at the seating chart chose my area and placed an order with anytime tickets. A total for 4 four)seats came to $855.00, and standard shipping. The price was high but I really wanted to see the concert and these were not the best seats.

then on November 14,2009 I received a call from a sales rep at Anytime Tickets He said  my Tickets will be sent right out, but his boss didn't like our location next to a wall and move us to the center with better seats. I ask if there was a price increase and he told me No absolutely Not !!! I thought Wow that's real nice.

So I waited. Thursday November 18th I was getting nervous about My tickets. I place another call about my tickets, after being put on hold a few times and having to speak to yet another person, having to keep explaining why I was calling, I was told my tickets would be deliver the next day . I ask if I would be charged for that I was told No.

As promised tickets did arrive I opened the envelope and to my surprise my tickets face value was 70.00 per ticket. face value total of the 4 tickets was actually $280.00 they have listed on my receipt as $700.00 then a $140.00 service fee plus $15.00 for shipping and they were the same tickets had I originally ask for.

That's amounts to $213.50 per ticket for a $70.00 ticket. I placed yet another call and ask for an explanation. I was told "we are a broker ma'am." well I told her what I thought that they really were scam artist. I didn't think Mannheim Steamroller would appreciate anytime tickets scamming their fans not to mention the money Mannheim Steamroller is losing. next stop, BBB, Mannheim steamroller. and the concert hall.

This should be against the law and I believe it is.  These people should be put out of business, Please do not order from them You will be sorry.  I pray these tickets are real. I will find out tomorrow will keep you posted.
