AeroForceOne - Aerosmith Fan Club Aerosmith Fan Club I purchased tickets for the Regina (Aug 9, 2009) Aerosmith Concert. The show was cancelled. AeroForceOne has still not provided me with a refund. The total I have been ripped off is $765 US Dollars Internet

In May of 2009 tickets went on sale to Aerosmith Fan Club members.  I purchased 4 tickets at a total price of $765 US.  At the time, it was approx $890 Canadian.

The concert was to be August 9, 2009 and of course on August 7, we found out that the concert had been postponed, then later that month we were told that the concert has been cancelled.  I submitted my request through the aeroforceone fan club for a refund.  I then find out that they keep $25.00 per ticket for processing and merch that was sent out (4 postcard pics, pin Hard Rock Access card). The submission stated that I would recieve $656 US which now that the Canadian dollar is stronger works out to be approx $690.  So I didn't see the concert and I am lossing a total of $200 bucks. 

I have been in contact a number of times regarding the status of my refund and they keep telling me stories.  The latest story is that the venue hasn't sent them back their money and they tell me the time frame is undetermined....it is now September 29, 2009 and still no refund.  I have also asked that they elevate my concern to a manager of superviser and I have heard nothing. 

Today, September 29, I went onto the AeroForceOne website to see that the Fan Forum has been shut down.  When I google Aerosmith Ticket Refunds, I see that there has been a number of comments in the fan forum where fans are expressing there frsutrations with the refund process. 

I have asked for a Full Refund, as well as a reimbursment for my costs, interest on the credit card etc.  Totally ripped off, never buy anything from AeroForceOne Fan Club and I now no longer support Aerosmith or Keystone entertainment ho was the promoter.  Total Crock!
