I found my credit card is billed with additional $9 dollars from this strange company. I called the credit card company and they asked me to called them to check for this payment. Not very happy for this wasting time issue and searched online to find others with the same situation.

I bought two Wicked ticket from Ticketmaster but that is all.

Never got a notice by email/ phone or paper mail to notice any purchase and the bill just jumped out today. I will call the company and will let you know if they will be ok to turn back the transaction or not. A waste of time.

I called the company and the customer service has agreed to cancel thier "service" with me. they also said they will issue a rebate and will not charge me anymore in the future.

What they said is as you bought a ticket from Ticketmaster, you will be a member of them and start to be charged. they will send few mails to "confirm" with you if you really want to be a member of them. of course, i didn't get any of them. she explained that it must be sent to a junk mail box or something. i don't care and have no interested in finding out this. let's just see if the bank will give back my money in future payment.

at least they will promise cancel this strange purcase if you take your time to call them. the phone number is 866-364-1333
