This company is a scam through Ticketmaster. I advise you to purchase any Ticketmaster purschases in person. I bought tickets through ticketmaster and this company entertainment rewards pops up and asks if you would like $25 back on your next purchase. You enter your information, such as your name, address, and phone. THEY DO NOT ASK YOU FOR YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION. They get your credit card information from ticketmaster. Ticketsmaster just passes along your credit card. Once you see this $9.00 charge on your credit card call 866-364-1333 and let them know there was an unathorized charge to your credit card. Do no take no for an answer. They should be able to refund your money and cancel your memebership within 7-10 business days for the refund and cancel memebership right away. I just called to report this unauthorized charge to them and now awaiting my refund.
