I purchased three tickets from Ticketsmyway.com on March 4, 2008 to take my sister and brother to Las Vegas to see Bette Midler as a birthday present for each of them. The total amount for the tickets was $1080 (this included a $165 brokers fee). I checked online in May to see the status of my tickets and was informed (on the internet) that the "estimated shipping date" for these tickets would be June 1, 2008.

The tickets had not been received by June 14th, so I called the company and spoke with a young man who said they would be FedExed in a couple of days. On June 15, the status from their website, read, estimated shipping on June 16. On June 16, I called the company (a 30 minute wait, like everyone else), but spoke with a person...when he checked the status for me, this is what he said, "I checked with the second party broker and he said their printer broke (apparently the one which prints non-existent tickets) down and therefore my tickets were never printed and therefore, we were not going to see Bette Midler in Las Vegas..(note here, that we have plane tickets, hotel, etc. for this trip and the main purpose of the trip was to see Bette Midler)

The person I spoke with could do nothing, but say, "I'm sorry"...end of road..he told me to go onto their website and request a refund...I have done this, along with sending a letter to the BBB in Nevada. I am interested in contacting the Nevada State Attorney General's Office and having this company investigated. This is fraud, and they are using the internet to commit this fraud. Note that I called Ticketmaster (the official ticketing agency for the Colleseum) and they informed me that the show I wanted was completely sold out. After being told this, I checked various websites, including Craig's List and found that my tickets were still being marketed as "for sale"...this, all by other brokers...there are no tickets, but they are still taking money and making promises..they need to be stopped!!!
