I have to defend Jack in the Box/LiveNation/San Manuel Casino in this case. I would say to the complainer that he didn't follow through with the transaction and onto the next screen, because had he did he would've seen where they deducted the $10.00 parking fee, making the whole ticket price of $39.50 free of charge and reflective of 0 dollars out of the consumers pocket. I know all this because I eat at Jack in the Box every day and have submitted a coupon from the receipt every day since the promotion started and I have received 14 tickets in the mail so far, all free gratis from LiveNation /San Manuel Casino and Jack in the Box, which all 3 are reputable companies. I received them all in less than a week even. I hope this military man will send in an apology as soon as possible. I will be enjoying every one of these concerts now by simply following all of the computer screens to the end and not assuming they would do something deceitful to their loyal customers.
