He's posted tickets to OILERS VS CANUCKS SECTION 105 ROW 4 - make me an offer. I sent him an e-mail offering $450 and he sent the same response word for word that so many others are getting.

I had bought tickets before getting his response earlier tonight through Ticketmaster's ticket exchange and actually have to pick those up in person tomorrow at the venue's box office. But in seeing his response - that the guy had accepted my offer - at first I was like WOW.

I thought the tickets in question would have been gone as the post to Craig's List was made two days ago and any of the really good seats for this game disappear very quickly. My girlfriend and I couldn't believe the offer and I almost went through with the transaction. But at the last moment on a whim, I decided to Google "Ryan Dunn, Manitoba" and all the info on this fraud came up. I breathed a sigh of relief.

As a student, wanting to take my girlfriend to this game as a Christmas present, I am glad I followed Craig's Lists about scams information page. In my gut this looked too good to be true. And it was.

Only later, after I found out he was a fraud, I noticed later that the headline of his ad advertised a different row than the description.

I hope they catch this guy.
