Ticket Master/Barrys Tickets/Daniel Ellenwood withheld information of tickets face value, which were $85 a piece. He istead told me they were $200 a piece. I purchased a pair. Calabasas California

I purchased a pair of tickets for $400 dollars recently, from barrystickets.com that were fedexed to me for $17. when I got them my name wasn't on them, they purchased them from the actual box office where the concert is, at their website (comcasttix.com) and the price listed on them was $85 a piece. they jacked me for $230 more than the face value of the tickets, and I dont even know if the tickets are valid.

I tried calling the box office where the concert is to take place, to report what had happened, and to find out if they were valid, and the woman I spoke with said "oh yeah this happens a lot bla bla bla, Ill let my manager know" she couldnt even tell me if the tickets were real, so ill have to show up with my date and hope they work, and am in the hole for $230. RIPOFF!

100% Legitimate Tickets

Since the consumer never responded it shows that the tickets they purchased from us were 100% legitimate. We offer a 200% guarantee that all tickets we sell are legitimate tickets.

We purchase tickets from numerous sources; many people who own season tickets or have tickets cannot go and sell them to us. As stated by the consumer the box office said "it happens a lot". So while their was another name on the tickets, they were legitimate tickets and he/she was able to go and enjoy the show.

We do not pay face value for tickets as well as the final price of the tickets is not reflected by the face value but the current market value of the tickets.
