What is wrong with this? They are charging me $2.50 to use my own paper, my own ink, and my own customer service to print my own ticket. Then they are charging me $7.75 as a convenience charge for not using their employees to find my ticket and place the order, so I am saving them money, but it's a "convenience charge". Then there is an order processing charge of $4.80, which is for god know what. I look at my receipt and I payed $45 for a $30 ticket which is a 50% tax! They just ripped me a bigger one that uncle sam!!! And they made ME do all the work for them! This is the last time I do these guys a favor!
