Ticketmaster Earth, Wind and Fire & Chicago SCAM Internet

I ordered tickets for Earth, Wind, and Fire with Chicago for the June 6th show in Alpharetta, GA.

I ordered several tickets in PIT row AAA, the very first row. There were no ticket limits so I bought as many as I could.

My credit card was charged, and I was under the impression that everything was fine.

2 days later I logged in and it said that there were problems with my orders. I called Ticketmaster customer support and spoke with a representative who said that that was very common when someone orders a large amount of tickets and that I would receive all of my tickets within 24-48 hours.

A few days later I logged into my Ticketmaster order history to print out my tickets, and what used to say Section PIT row AAA now said Section Orch 3 Row N. Stunned, I opened up another order, and again what used to say Section PIT Row AAA, was now Section Orch 2 Row M. I double checked my email confirmations and those all said Section PIT Row AAA.

So I emailed ticketmaster since calling them did no good before. This time, I received an explanation. Ticketmaster was not supposed to release the tickets in row AAA. It was a Ticketmaster error and they said it was the artists' management who requested that the tickets be removed from me. I told them that that was bait and switch and that I could careless what the artist told them.

I wanted what I ordered, I already made plans and reservations based on the tickets that I ordered, and not providing those tickets would be grounds for a lawsuit considering that we literally made plans to travel thinking we would be in the very first row. I was told that that was not an option and that there weren't any refunds per Ticketmaster policy since I was moved to "comprable seats" with the same face value. If you look at a map they essentially moved me from 1st row to last row of the venue. I'm just curious if this happened to anyone else before I contact the DA.
