I ordered tickets from Ticketmaster 2 weeks ago for a show in Columbus, OH and still have not received them.
I despise the fact that I have to go through Ticketmaster. They are one of the worst companies in existence and serve no real purpose except to rip people off.

The two tickets cost $44 each, however by the time Ticketmaster added all of their excessive handling fees I paid an extra $26 on top of the $88 for the tickets. For this I should at the very least receive excellent service, yet that isn't the case.

I will do whatever I can in the future not to use Ticketmaster and I suggest others do the same.
