TLG*GreatFun, Trilegiant Debited my account, and obtained my personal information without my personal information without my knowledge. NASHVILLE, Tennessee

When I ordered some items on-line, Great Fun! got my personal debit information and charged my bank account even though I didn't authorize Great Fun! to charge me for any services or products. I had to call Great Fun! three times to have the unauthorized charges removed, and my information removed from their membership database. The representatives were rude to me, and would rather hang-up on a person, then take over two minutes to resolve a billing dispute. If they would not charge people with unauthorized charges, they would not be getting as many calls from irate customers demanding that charges be reverse. Great Fun! should have made it more obvious that they were selling something; it looks to me like they were trying to hide an unauthorized charge on peoples credit or debit cards, and hoping that people did not notice the charge.
