Measha Green who works for Resale By Owner claims that she can rent my timeshare for me. I paid her $399 to do this. Since then I cannot reach her or anyone else that can possible help me. I have spent months calling 1-800-985-1223 talking to someone named Krista who claims that there is no one in that I can speak to and that she will have some one to return my call. Also I have been leaving Measha Green voice mail messages for months that she has fdailed to returned. At this time I too just want my money back.

Be careful these days. I believe that there is never anything that is FREE. I have lost money in believing what others have told me. My FREE gifts for Timeshares cost me money and in the end I never got my cruise.

I would recommend that many people who have timeshares READ the NEWS and think before buying a TIMESHARE. Why is it so hard to sell and why do these companies take advantage of people ??

Well MOST people when they get suckered into the presentation - its never by a natural curiousity its always because YOUR getting SOMETHING FREE !!!

So in order to sell your timeshare - I believe you would have to give people gifts and sell them the SAME way you got sold....

Never make a contractual decision WITHOUT thinking long term
