Vacations Direct Utterly DECEITFUL ! Ormond Beach Florida

We were contacted by Mark Moeller for over 6 months in 2007. He was very persistent. We had already been scammed by another company for over 1k. He insisted we would get the money back if our timeshare did not sell in 3 months. We paid the $499.00. It did not sell in 3 months so we called customer service and were told they had a year to sell it. We waited and in October, 2008, we sent them the letter requesting our refund because they did not perform by not selling it. We were told Mark Moeller was no longer with the company and customer service offered to extend the time to sell and give us a gift certificate for $1,000.00. We said we did not want anything but our refund. The woman said she would talk to her manager. We never heard back from them and now nobody answers the phone. It is now February 2009 and we still have had no luck. Shame on us for falling for the scam. We hope to see justice done on these individuals.
