I TOO WOULD LIKE TO BE A PART OF ANY CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT AGAINST EMC MORTGAGE SOME PLEASE GET IN TOUCH WITH ME REGARDING A CLASS ACTION SUIT THAT HAS BEEN STARTED.. I HAVE 2 PROPERTIES THEY HAVE TAKEN MONEY TOWARD THE MODIFICATION AND THEN CLAIM THAT IT WAS NOT RECEIVED ON THE EXACT DATE AND THEN REFUSED THE MODIFICATION AND HAD TO START IT ALL OVER. WE PAID BEFORE PAYMENT WAS DUE AND THEY CLAIM THEY HAVE NO RECORD OF WHEN THEY TALKED WITH US. WE HAVE THEY PERSONS NAME, THEY SAY HE IS
