This guy ( ivangrullon@hotmail.com ) contracted me to do some custom website programming works on his company's website ( www.modishnyc.com ). I agreed to do the work provided he deposits the money in an escrow account first. As this was an online job it was the only way I could ensure the honesty of the buyer.

Well, the project commenced and he set the deadline of 15 days for the work to be completed. Once the work started, this guy was nowhere to be found. I needed many information regarding the project and I emailed him many times for the same. But nothing. There were no response from him at all. Meanwhile, I kept the work going with whatever info I had to go by. After about 7 days someone claiming to be his partner ( sandyaluna@aol.com ) emailed me saying they were out of the country and could not respond to my email sooner and so on. The money hadn't been escrowed even by then so I reminded them again. In response, this guy said that he would direct his people to escrow the money immediately. And then nothing again.

Another week passed and I still didn't hear from them. And then, out of the blue, this guy emails me and demands to see the final work, making all sorts of wild claims. I told him thingsdon't work the way he is assuming and reminded him that he hadn't respected our basic agrement of escrow payment.

This guy then proceeded to tarnish my reputation by deliberately leaving a negative fedback on my profile on the site I regularly visit.

Meanwhile, he still hasn't paid me for all the work.
