When refinancing my home we were "sold" to Ocwen and told that they were a good company. HA! Not only did they manage to send our home owners insurance payment to the wrong company, they then managed to "lose" all information reguarding the right policy and twice had to send all the information to them.

To make things even better when my husband lost his job and I called to see if I could make arrangements for a different payment plan I was told "there's nothing in your loan agreement so I guess you are out of luck." Then to get a letter the next day saying call and we can help you avoid foreclosure.
