I placed an order online 3/10/09 for 10 cartons of one type of cigarettes and 10 cartons of another, it was over $500.00 in charges. The company told me that with all the credit card issues they have been having they recommend paying through WESTERN UNION. BIG MISTAKE. I tried for weeks to contact this company. I never threatened this company one time, it is not me to place open ended threats. However, I finally after many, many attempts to contact this company recieved an email on June 17th stating "Sorry it seems to be a loss. Read our sales conditions : WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE OF LOSSES.
This will be the last email regarding this affair.
Regards"
I have reported this company to the Attorney Generals office 6/23/09, I sent them another email letting them know that I placed a complaint, and recieved this email from them on 6/24/09 "

Again, I have never placed threats to this company or any individual of the company. I read this exact same response from another person that this company ripped off. So apparently this is the blanket response when they don't want to pay back any monies that they stole.
DO NOT TAKE CHANCES WITH THIS COMPANY. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!!
