Cigarettes Direct withdrew $532.00 out of my checking account and received confirmation on my order.  It wouldn't be to bad if I ordered for myself only but I ordered for my friends as well.  Thanks to Cigarettes Direct, I am looking like a flake and don't have the money to repay my friends back.

I tried calling CD2U and kept checking on the internet but nothing.  I even tried contacting them with the email that they sent to me for my confirmation, nothing!  I hope I am not a victim of a Rip off scam.

Cigg Direct Site Was updated

AUTHOR: Misty One - L.E.H (United States of America)

I was fortunate enough to get my delivery prior to them crashing.

I check their site daily and found the below today, hope those ripped can recover:

You have reached CD2U and Chavez Inc., which are no longer conducting business. If you believe that you have paid for product that you have not received, please send a letter to the company at the following address:

CD2U
PO Box 9428
Louisville KY 40209-0428

On this letter include the following information:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Telephone number
  • Product Purchased
  • Amount Paid
  • A request for a refund

Hope this helps someone, meanwhile I search for a new site.  Misty One

Paranoia kicking in...

AUTHOR: ub - port jefferson (United States of America)

I lost about $400 and I'm a little hesitant to send my information to them. If they've been shut down then who's getting the mail? Chavez? ATF? Could this be a trap set up to capture our info and send out tax bills? Just a thought...

I lost about $400 in this ordeal and I'm a little hesitant to send the information that they are requesting. If they've been put out of business by the ATF then who is getting the mail for the company? Chavez? ATF? Could this be a trap to capture consumer information and send out tax bills? No paranoia necessary

AUTHOR: JAFO - Atlanta (USA)

If they were, as reported in other RORs, raided by the ATF, then contacting them isn't a problem.  The ATF will already have all their records to be able to track down scofflaws and get the unpaid taxes.
