I have ordered before thru them with no problem. Ordered $363 in cigarettes for myself, husband and mother. Money taken from my bank account. Ordered Dec. 7 and no product 2 weeks later. Paid $30 for Priority...Ha! No way to contact them as 800 number just a recording and website down. How sickening during this recession to be ripped off! I really need a cigarette now!

YES! My money was refunded thanks to my bank.

I am very happy to report that my bank handled the situation and my money was returned to my account. Excellent! The website is now posting their address for anyone who has not yet received a refund on their unsent purchases.
