April 8th I placed my order for 6 cartons of camel kings for $105.99 w/s&h. According to their ad I could expect them in 10 days. 14 days later I saw that my account was still on "standby". I e-mail thru the link on their site about the status of my order. I get a generic response stating that they would contact me via e-mail by the next business day. Insted, I get an e-mailed link to their FAQ's. There I find it could take up to 21 days for shpping European-made cigs. I thought, it would be nice if they'd said that up front. So I patiently waited. May 5th I'm still on standby. I call the number listed on their site. A woman answers with a soft english accent. I'm told that they sent me a e-mail a while ago, there was a problem because the name on the account was different than the name on the checking account. I told her what was up with that and she said that since I clarified the situation, she could validate the order and get it to processing. I was relieved! She said it would take 5-7 days to process. It took 2 days under "ready to process" before it went into "processing". May 25th I call again, same woman. She claimed the account had just been verified and would send the data on to the warehouse for packing. She cautioned me that it would take 5 dys to pack, and 21 days to ship. 2 wks later I call her AGAIN. My order was still in warehouse according to the info on my account. According to her it was probably already shipped out, and I'll be recieving an e-mail from them. Today I e-mailed them, claiming that due to their lengthy delay on sending me my order, I was forced to quit smoking, that I wasn't interested in my order anymore..That the least they could do was grant me a PROMPT refund so I could take their link off my computer. I did also say I was going to report this. Oh, according to my account I'm still on warehouse status -almost 3 months later. I WILL call her tomorrow!

cheap-cigs.com update

AUTHOR: Cynthia - guilderland (U.S.A.)

I called their number first thing this morning. The same woman answered the phone. She told me my order was shipped out June 11th, and it was now up to customs when I will be getting the delivery. When I asked why my status was STILL listed in warehouse process, she informed me that the warehouse puts out e-mails once a week, and she would go ahead and update my account information to display that it had been shipped!!

cheap-cigs.com update

AUTHOR: Cynthia - guilderland (U.S.A.)

Being that I never did recieve that tracking number on my order which had been supposedly shipped on June 11th, I was very skeptical. But, lo and behold, my cigarrettes DID arrive on June 26th. The first pack I opened was fine. The tobacco was dry (Packed down quite a bit) but not stale. I'm satisfied. So, my final statement is this: Cheap-Cigs.com aren't ripoffs, but they ARE misleading. Anybody ordering from them for the first time should be prepared to wait for months, NOT days like they claim. I DO plan to order from them again, if only to see if my order goes thru quicker this time, like they claim it will.

customs

AUTHOR: Sgtjoebear - Dothan (U.S.A.)

sorry for your long wait. these places like this ship cigarettes made in another country so theyy usually taste a bit different. and as for customs OMG ! My wife is from Germany we met while I served in the USMC and anything we ship from her home once it hits customs it can take anywhere from 1 week to months and months! Also if it takes to long you the person receiving the items can be held to pay holding fees imposed by customs CRAZY i know, better luck next time
