I have tried several times to contact this company because I recieved something other than what was specified. I have not recieved even one email back. The company is very deceptive in their advertizing. I will be listing my complaint with the BBB. I noticed that the BBB has so many company complaints on this company and the majority with no response. I have emailed this DERIK person several times and no response. I just want the word to spread as to how deceptive this company really is.
