Via the internet I was offered a FREE product for $9.99 they in turn charged the credit card $99.99. The original offer was just for a free product just pay for shipping and handling.(also made charges after for refill of tobacco) While trying for days to get a hold of someone(no answer) When I finally talked to someone they were rude,constantly sayiing "well I can't help you with that" Anyone who wants this offer...PLEASE do not deal with these jerks...a total rip off!!!
