SMOKES-SPIRITS.COM FRAUDULENT MERCHANT, DISHONEST, TAKES MONEY & DOES NOT DELIVER MERCHANDISE!!!!! SALAMANCA Internet

I placed an order on 5/24/09, mailed payment by check. I was told that there was a 10 day waiting period for shipment. After the 10 day period, my order was stuck in "warehouse processing". I have called on numerous occasions, emailed and was told that my order would be shipping. When no progress was made, they told me that orders were not being fulfilled in the South Carolina warehouse and there was a delay. I keep getting different excuses and lies. Over 10 days ago, I requested to cancel my order and to receive a refund. I call every other day and everytime they say they've "just initiated transaction and I will see the funds in my checking account in 24-48 hours."

I guess I have to say goodbye to my money but wanted to warn any potential customers to stay away from www.smokes-spirits.com. They will take your money and run.
