I have ordered cigs from yessmoke for over a year and have not had any problems, untill now! I ordered cigs at the end of october and 2 more times in November! I have gotten no satisfaction or cigs that I ordered.

Some of my family members also ordered from them to and have gotten nothing but run around. I have e-mailed them 2 times got one answer! My daughter also e-mailed them but I still have gotten no satisfaction!For personal reasons I haven't made it to the bank yet but I hope it's not to late to have me acount reimbursed.

For all of you who have had no problems YET I wish you luck.

I am out 120dollars if I can't do anything about it! That is not small change to me

They Can't Process you Card

The Atty General of New York-Elliot Spitzer has warned the credit card companies that if they approve transactions on interstate cigarette sales they are willing accomplices to tax and mail fraud. This has led the credit card processors to turn down sales in many states. I don't know how this would affect you but it might help you get the charges reversed on your card. Good Luck
