The blue green people at presentations will say anything to get you to sign. It's a complete rip off. They will break federal, state or any law.

It's not too late to file a formal complaint

Bluegreen is a member of the American Resort Development Association (ARDA).
Find the ethics they broke during your presentation and then file a formal complaint with them. www.arda.org

Also, write to the BBB in Florida and file a complaint with them. Here's the address

BBB of Southeast Florida and the Caribbean

Suite 4 West Palm Beach, FL 33407 

And Contact the attorney General of your state as well as the attorney general of the state you made your purchase, and file a complaint with them as well.

The more people who file complaints, the more legitimate we, all of us who were scammed, will look. 1 to 1 we will be called liars, 100 to 1 they will be shown as the liars.
